       Although born in Kansas, Mr. Foltz has lived his entire life in East Central Illinois. After practicing in Bloomington and Lincoln, he relocated to his home town of Monticello in 1978. Since that time he has developed one of the broadest general practices in the area. Mr. Foltz is married to his wife, Jean, and has two daughters, Kristin and Lauren, who are both in college.
